Oki-Ni Style by Max Pearmain

May 5, 2010 |

To juice out fashionable senses, Oki-Ni have invited London based stylist Max Pearmain to interpret several looks for the style section of the online retail store.

Born in London and raised in Norwich, Max studied Fine Art Sculpture at the Slade School of Fine Art. Before moving to POP magazine a year ago, Max was fashion assistant at i-D and has worked with photographers such as Alasdair McLellan, Boo George, Ronald Dick and Jason Evans. He likes food, cycling, car boot sales and sometimes listening to bad R+B.Max currently works as a consultant for British designer Martine Rose as well as holding the title of Menswear editor at POP magazine.

Shot at the East London offices by in house photographer Ben Benoliel, items that were picked out came from the wide selection of S/S 2010 products. Gotta say Max pulled off wonderful twist of streetwear movement out of the pricey pieces.

You can get the items here.
