GHSTS is the premier collection from Joseph Keefer, assistant designer to Robert Geller. The collection is based around a core of graphic t shirts inspired by the music and skate culture Keefer was surrounded by growing up in and around Washington DC. A bit of his fashion biography, Joseph entered the industry by designing and producing tees for local punk/hardcore bands. Then soon he worked for the best and most influential shops and boutiques in the United States, namely Odin NY, The Denim Bar, etc., while at the same time he works as a freelance stylist.
The GHSTS collection is a homage to the musicians, artists, designers, and skaters who have influenced and shaped Keefer’s life and aesthetic. Entitled Unmastered, this first collection is taken from the play on audio recordings, the stage where the music has been recorded and mixed but not finalized. GHSTS collection is all printed, treated and finished by hand in Brooklyn, NY, using the best fabrics and materials available.
