Swedish label Velour gives us a look into their latest offerings for Autumn/Winter 2011 through this interesting lookbook. Talk about beginnings, Velour started when founder Per Andersson started to rummage through the store of his grandmother’s old rtw shop. Andersson together with a couple of friends sold dead stock clothes and other pieces, and then took their step towards designing clothes which formally launched Velour’s collection back in 2005. Paying homage to the original location where the brand started, this lookbook was photographed at the old store where Andersson have taken over from his grandparents back in 1997.
Velour’s newest offerings have made up beautiful looks; something I rely from them since that’s what they do best. Presented on the lookbook are pieces that come with new colors like the chinos with new vintage treatment and shirts made from ecological cotton, chambray, cord and poplin. Also included from the bunch are great range of outerwear and new washes and styles of denims.
Check out the looks after the click.
