Unveiling a new collection for Fall/Winter 2011, Finnish label Fernando Korpi draws their inspiration from the serial drama TV series Twin Peaks along with the movie The Deer Hunter, while concepts such as hunting trips and the traditional lifestyle of rural areas played an important role to the prints used on some garments.
The collection is quite mixed with some sort of casual pieces. Well, I’ve expected some thicker clothing or better yet more layering from them but I guess it’s all about getting into one piece at a time. The bright stripe shirts haven’t really impressed me that much but the solid blocking with black slimfit pants are the most unforgettable combos from the bunch.
Check out the collection after the click.
