Burberry Brit Autumn/Winter 2010 Collection

November 30, 2010 |

Featuring a variation of outerwear which includes consistent trenches, parkas and cardigans, Burberry continues to deliver casual youthful clothing through its Brit line this season. Opposite to the previous jaunty and colorful mood, this collection dropped down the colors and had the shades of brown, gold, navy and black taking over. Dipping in the collection with slight sophistication to the signature effortless getups of Burberry, overall, it was quite predictable and less-charismatic.

More looks after the click.

I tell you, I love featuring coats but I hate the fact that I'm living in a tropical country. Another heartbreaker for me would be this one. From A/W 2010 collection, Burberry Brit introduces us this beautiful Fishtail Parka.

A timeless, iconic classic updated for AW10. The Fishtail Parka was first developed by the military in 1951 to protect soldiers from the elements and during the 1960's in the UK the fishtail parka became a symbol of the mod subculture. Due to their practicality, affordibility and availability from army surplus shops, the parka noted as the ideal garment for fending off the elements when on a scooter.

Coming in waxed cotton, the military epaulettes, the "Peat Brown" color and the fish tail itself makes it a good combo for an effortless getup. What you say? Get it here.

Introducing a new capsule for this year's after cold season, Burberry unveils their "April Showers" collection which sits in the Burberry Brit range. As connected with the Spring approach, the capsule collection is fully dedicated with the vibrant use of colors (green, purple, white, red, blue and yellow) seen on the trench coats, shirts and jackets. The collection is available through selected Burberry stores and on www.burberry.com.

Burberry Brit Spring/Summer 2010

November 28, 2009 |

Youthful vibe, I loved it. Leave the rock and roll image for a while and dig in to this "dishevelled elegant casual expression" from Burberry Brit's Spring/Summer 2010 collection. Coming in with a playful aura, casual clothings were in full bloom with outerwear and denim selection. Not to mention the infamous check detail, every piece were exciting and quintessentially British.
