Hedi Slimane "I Love USA" Film

On its second installment of its ‘fashion film’ series, thecorner.com presents to us an exclusive chronophotography by former Dior Homme designer Hedi Slimane which was debuted last 10-10-2010. The film ‘I Love USA’ is “Slimane’s idealistic vision of the United States through the prism of the idyllic Californian lifestyle. The premise is simple: Sidney and Wolf are two teenagers who meet for the first time in Venice beach. The teens in the film were both scouted by Slimane at the Coachella rock festival, in 2009 and 2010, respectively; they meet for the first time on the set.”

Hedi Slimane took again some wonderful shots of the most coveted American music festival - Coachella. For this year, it is again seen in black and white and with the effortlessly cool people as the ex-Dior Homme main man flaunts his photographic talents.

From Hedi Slimane's photographic talent comes this special Danish youth portfolio in a 14-page spread at VMAN's 18th issue. Highlighting 17 young Danish men with various talents and backgrounds in the Copenhagen scene, the ex-Dior Homme designer didn't fail to pull off a great black and white shoot.
