Simon Spurr by Selima Spring 2011 Sunglasses

Simon Spurr have collaborated with cosmopolitan designer and optician Selima Salaun to create a new range of sunglasses for the Spring/Summer 2011 season. Offering two ranges of 1960s inspired frames, the plastic series are handmade from France with 4 styles to choose from, while the sole metal frame is handmade from Italy. "Most of the SIMON SPURR plastic frames are molded from translucent plastic in Grey, Navy and Military Green. There are also some signature solid black color ways that have tan colored arms. All of the lens are technically approved and protect the eyes from UVA and UVB rays offering the best quality and protection for the wearer." The style names of the frames include iconic men such as Carter, Cain, Charlie, Carlyle, and Alfie.

Sunglasses will be made available at selected retail outlets across America.

Defining the modern lad with a big passion for sophistication and quite a bit for roughness, Simon Spurr entered another world of fashion impressiveness. The guys were romantic, far from edgy, and chooses to wear casual shoes to pair up with well tailored suits. Unexpected military-style washed leather jacket lined up with the manicured styles of Savile Row tweaked an effortless sharp vibe while punctuating the Spring 2011 madness gave a shot for accessories which include collaborative sunglasses, straw hats, hand-made umbrellas and leather gloves.

Simon Spurr Fall/Winter 2010 Collection

Showcasing his first runway show, Simon Spurr has gotten the idea of pursuing the American elegance and combine his being English to the totality of his new collection. Feeling the sartorial appeal from his roots, there is a tinge of opposition to his noted mark, like a streetwear elegance in the making. Highlighting the cream of the crops, I love the wool duffle coat with leather match-up, the layered suits in all sorts of colors he offered, and the double breasted leather jackets.
