It's a special evening this Thursday (26th August) at Number Six London as the purveyors of quality menswear and casuals clothing hosts an exhibit of Amanda Langford's "Wet Women".
In 1988 Amanda Langford had an exhibition at the Poisson Rouge restaurant in St. Martin French West Indies, entitled WET WOMEN. 22 years later the original slides are found in the attic of her Miami home, some of only a handful of slides which she kept on her travels. These slides travelled to London with her son, and found their way onto a plethora of cutting edge design & photography blogs. Amanda’s eye for vibrant colours and composition coupled with an appreciation for the late 80’s/ Early 90’s aesthetic, makes this an entirely relevant exhibition.
