Musto Reefer Jacket

July 18, 2011 |

Musto-Reefer-Jacket
This reefer coat by Musto looks heavy for spring or summer but it’s an ideal piece to pair on something light inside. Coming from a brand that’s highly influenced by sailing lifestyle, I propose for a stripe inner and a cropped khaki pants to pair with. It will not just make you look clean and fresh, but a sophisticated gent on-the-go. Now available at Musto for £125.

Musto Spring/Summer 2011 Offshore Retro Jacket

May 28, 2011 |

Musto-Offshore-Retro-Jacket
If you remember 90s R&B group MN8 rocking this type of jacket, well your memory is just outstanding. The color blocking in gold, red and peacock blue brings in the nostalgic feel of the 90s but this jacket is not all about how it’s known for. But instead, this jacket reminds us that Musto is not a strict nautical label.

The Offshore Retro Jacket (£200) available at Musto.

Musto Trapper Hat

December 25, 2010 |

Known for their technical outdoor apparels that provides good ranges of shooting, sailing and equestrian clothing, Musto presents their version of the trapper hat. “The super warm wadded Musto Winter Fur Hat is unisex (although on the women’s bit of the website since there’s no unisex option), comes in neutral tones fudge and pale grey, and retails at £25. The ear flaps can be worn down and loose for a relaxed feel, as well as being tied up at the top or back showing more faux fur.” Get it here.

Musto Leeway and Voyage Jackets

November 26, 2010 |

Musto was founded by the British Olympic sailor Keith Musto in 1965. Originally solely a technical sailing brand, it now produces technical equestrian and shooting apparel, as well as a marine inspired fashion range. The coats from the fashion range are exceptional this season with technical aspects taken from Musto’s sailing and country sports apparel knowhow and design detail inspired by the brand’s marine heritage.

Presenting you with what’s good from the range, here are two interesting jackets from Musto. Named Leeway and Voyager, both jackets come with four front pockets but the Leeway comes with marginally military feel and with inner MP3 pocket, while the Voyager is lighter and quilted.
