ASOS "Best of British" Fall/Winter 2010 Collection

The third installment of ASOS’ Best of British collaboration series have officially erupted late last month but here’s what in store if you haven’t heard it yet, assuming yes. Featuring homegrown beloved labels, this collaborative effort have produced interesting range of coats, knitted jumpers, polo shirts, digitally printed t-shirts, track bottoms and shoes. From the extension of the existing Fred Perry x Raf Simons collaboration comes the contemporary interpretation of Fred Perry's outfits worn back in 1947. Producing wearable pieces that will surely make you feel like the legendary British tennis player, the capsule collection offers black single button jacket, a grey flannel trouser, a white shirt, an ivory cable knit jumper and slipover, tie, Fred Perry M1 shirt and a black and white brogue version, all available at Oki-Ni.

Focusing on the black and white brogue, the sporty monochrome shoe has 16 leaf laurel embroidered detail in white on outer side. A great reinvention of what has been done and used before, this is truly a versatile rendition that can be used anywhere and anytime.

A very chic holdall by Fred Perry, the bag is accentuated with white and navy canvas straps contrasting to the dark chocolate leather. Splitting into two sections when opened, it has removable partition which can accommodate your daily essentials. Now available at Oki-Ni.
